What you will do:
Strategy Development and Implementation:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance our online presence, drive engagement, and support marketing and sales efforts.
- Align social media strategies with business goals and marketing campaigns.
Content Creation and Management:
- Produce high-quality, engaging content tailored for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Schedule and publish posts using social media scheduling tools to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
Community Engagement:
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments and queries in a timely manner.
- Monitor customer reviews and manage online reputation.
- Foster a positive community and add value to the user's experience.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Generate insights and create reports to make data-driven decisions.
- Use social media analytics tools to track key performance indicators.
Trend Monitoring and Innovation:
- Stay current with the latest social media trends, best practices, and technologies.
- Brainstorm and execute new and creative ideas to promote brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost engagement.
- Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data to inform and refine strategies.
Advertising Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage social media advertising campaigns.
- Manage budgets, targeting, and performance analysis.
What are you like:
- 4-6 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Canva and social media scheduling tools.
- In-depth knowledge of best practices, algorithms, and tools for each social media network.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative social media campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using social media analytics tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
