We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Social Media Strategist to elevate our luxury jewelry brand's presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of luxury branding, storytelling, and consumer behavior in the fine jewelry space. You will be responsible for crafting and executing social media campaigns that not only engage but also inspire aspirational audiences to connect with and invest in our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies that reflect the elegance and exclusivity of a luxury jewelry brand.
- Manage and grow presence across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms (with focus on Instagram & Reels as primary drivers).
- Curate visually compelling content in collaboration with design, photography, and videography teams (campaign shoots, product highlights, behind-the-scenes).
- Create storytelling-driven campaigns to highlight craftsmanship, heritage, design inspiration, and customer experiences.
- Work closely with the e-commerce and digital marketing team to align campaigns with product launches, seasonal promotions, and bridal/engagement collections.
- Partner with luxury influencers, stylists, and content creators to expand brand visibility.
- Oversee paid social campaigns (Meta, Google, Pinterest) with a focus on ROI and high-intent customer acquisition.
- Monitor brand sentiment, engage with high-value customers online, and maintain a luxury tone in all communications.
- Track KPIs (engagement rate, follower growth, leads, conversions, luxury brand mentions) and deliver monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated with global luxury, fashion, and jewelry trends to keep brand positioning relevant and aspirational.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Luxury Brand Management, or related field.
- 3-6 years of proven experience
