What youll own:

- LinkedIn strategy + execution for the company page

- C-suite social presence: positioning, posting cadences, and thought-leadership narratives

- Organic reach and credibility building within the US mortgage and lending ecosystem

- Social listening across industry conversations, competitors, and influencer networks

- Experimentation with new high-impact formats and channels relevant for B2B mortgage audiences

- Data-driven performance tracking and continuous optimization

Who you are:

- Expertise over experience - real results > years in role

- Strong track record in B2B social for SaaS or fintech (required)

- LinkedIn specialist: you understand algorithm shifts, posting psychology, and enterprise buyer behavior

- Skilled at turning complex fintech/AI ideas into clean, high-signal social posts

- Independent operator - strategy and execution as a one-person team

- Comfortable partnering directly with founders and senior leadership

Nice to have:

- AI-savvy with tools that speed content, insights, and testing

- Understanding of US mortgage lending terminology and trends
