Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage, grow, and optimize our social media presence across key platforms.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in content planning, community management, performance tracking, and paid social support, with a strong understanding of current social trends and platform algorithms.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Content:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
- Plan, create, and manage content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Collaborate with creative, design, and video teams to produce engaging posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos.
- Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all social platforms.
Community Management & Engagement:
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring of social media accounts.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and nurture an engaged online community.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and conversations relevant to the brand and industry.
Campaigns & Influencer Support:
- Execute social media campaigns for product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Coordinate with influencers, creators, and agencies for campaign execution.
- Support influencer content amplification and track performance.
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Track and analyze social media performance using platform analytics and third-party tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting insights, trends, and recommendations.
- Optimize content and posting schedules based on data and platform algorithms.
Paid Social & Optimization (Good to Have):
- Assist in A/B testing of creatives, captions, and formats to improve engagement and reach.
Skills & Competencies:
Mandatory Skills:
- Hands-on experience managing brand social media accounts.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
- Excellent content writing, captioning, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
Tools & Platforms:
- Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter)
- Social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe tools) is a plus.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and dashboards
