Role Overview

We are looking for a Crypto-Native Social Media Manager who lives and breathes Web3 culture. You should be deep in Crypto Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and emerging Web3 platforms, engaging in real-time conversations, spotting trends before they break, and driving organic virality. This role requires a sharp understanding of on-chain narratives, memetic marketing, and influencer dynamics within the crypto space.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Execution & Trend Spotting

- Own and manage social media presence across X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, Lens, Farcaster, and Instagram.

- Stay ahead of Web3 trends, breaking news, and industry shifts to craft real-time reactive content.

- Utilize memes, threads, Twitter spaces, and short-form videos to drive engagement and virality.

2. Community Growth & Engagement

- Cultivate a highly engaged community on Telegram & Discord, ensuring active discussions and rapid response to queries.

- Develop and execute gamified campaigns, airdrops, and referral programs to drive retention and advocacy.

- Moderate discussions, manage FUD effectively, and maintain a positive brand reputation in crypto-native spaces.

3. Content Creation & Narrative Crafting

- Develop highly engaging, narrative-driven content that aligns with crypto ethos (think: CT vibes, deep-dive threads, and alpha leaks).

- Leverage meme marketing, influencer collaborations, and viral storytelling to maximize organic reach.

- Write Twitter threads, memes, community updates, and educational content that resonate with DeFi, NFTs, and L2 audiences.

4. Paid Growth & Performance Tracking

- Run targeted paid campaigns on Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, and Telegram tailored to Web3 users.

- Track analytics using Dune, Nansen, and Twitter insights, iterating content strategies based on performance.

- Work closely with Web3 influencers, KOLs, and DAOs for co-marketing initiatives.

1. Crypto-Native Mindset - You're deeply involved in Crypto Twitter, Telegram alpha groups, and Discord servers.

2. Content Virality Skills - You can craft meme-driven narratives, viral tweets, and Twitter threads that gain traction.

3. Community-First Thinking - You understand how decentralized communities operate and can nurture them effectively.

4. Platform Mastery - Expertise in X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, Reddit, YouTube, Lens, and Farcaster.

5. Basic Design & Video Editing - Ability to create quick social assets using Canva, CapCut, or Figma.

6. Paid Ads Knowledge - Familiarity with Twitter Ads, Reddit Ads, and crypto-specific ad platforms is a plus.

Preferred Experience

1. Prior experience managing social media for crypto exchanges, DeFi protocols, NFT projects, or L2 solutions.

2. Understanding of on-chain metrics, wallets, and trading psychology.

3. Experience with Web3 analytics tools (Dune, Nansen, Messari).

4. Connections with crypto influencers, KOLs, and thought leaders.
