Role Overview:
The Social Media Manager - Gujarati will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies specifically targeted towards Gujarati-speaking audiences. This role involves creating compelling content, managing social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and achieve campaign goals. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client's reach and engagement within the Gujarati-speaking community, ultimately contributing to increased brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored for Gujarati-speaking audiences to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content in Gujarati, including text, images, and videos, to resonate with the target demographic and drive audience interaction.
- Manage and maintain social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely responses to audience inquiries to foster a positive brand image.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, optimizing campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and sales, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives and ensure integrated marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve social media strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage social media budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals within established financial parameters.
- Monitor online conversations and brand mentions to identify potential issues and opportunities, proactively addressing concerns and engaging in relevant discussions.
Required Skillset:
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies that drive engagement and achieve business objectives. Proven expertise in creating compelling content in Gujarati, tailored to resonate with specific target audiences. Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Must be fluent in written and spoken Gujarati and English. Experience in brand management and marketing communications is essential. Adaptability to work on-site in Noida is required.
