What You'll Own:
- Diagnose and define the content strategy, figure out what's actually working, what our audience responds to and where to double down or cut.
- Build and run the full engine yourself from ideation to shooting/recording to editing to publishing to analyzing performance, across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook etc.
- Identify new content formats and channels we haven't tried; you're expected to bring ideas we haven't thought of, not just execute a fixed set of pillars.
- Connect content to pipeline; work with sales/GTM to understand what messaging actually converts, and close the loop between content and leads.
- Drive lead generation as a core KRA; build and own mechanisms (gated content, campaigns, sign-ups, sourced pipeline from social) that convert visibility into measurable leads, not just engagement.
- Set up your own systems; calendars, workflows, tooling, whatever you need; we're not looking for someone who needs a system handed to them.
What We're Looking For:
- 2 - 4 years in social/content marketing, with real evidence of having built something from scratch (a page, a channel, a campaign) rather than just running an existing playbook.
- Strong problem-solving instincts; comfortable with ambiguity, figuring out "what should we even be doing" before "how do we execute it".
- Sharp writing and a good ear for what doesn't sound like generic B2B content.
- Hands-on with tools (Canva, CapCut/iMovie, Loom, Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalents); this is not a "brief someone else" role.
- Innovative, bias for action, iterates fast, draw insights from data, self starter.
- Bonus: prior startup experience, creative content exposure, handled high impact campaigns or founder-adjacent content experience.
What Success Looks Like:
- Within 100 days, you should have identified what's working, killed what isn't, and be running an engine that's recognizably yours - not a continuation of what existed before you joined.
