Role Overview:


- We are looking for a Social Media Manager


- Community & Content who can build an engaged, meaningful digital presence across platforms.


- This is not a posting role.

- You will translate complex wellness concepts into simple, relatable, everyday content and create a loyal, interactive audience.


Key Responsibilities:


Platform-First Content Strategy:


- Lead content across Instagram, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn


- Adapt storytelling to suit each platform


- Ensure emotional, conversational, and credibility-led communication Community Building


- Actively respond to comments and DMs


- Build two-way dialogue


- Create engagement-driven content (saves, shares, comments) Consumer-First Storytelling


- Simplify complex health/wellness concepts


- Build content around everyday issues sleep, stress, digestion, energy


- Avoid jargon and fear-based marketing Multi-Brand Content Management


- Manage multiple brand calendars


- Maintain distinct brand tonality


- Work with agencies and internal teams


- Content Execution & Governance


- Ensure brand accuracy and compliance


- Maintain quality at scale- Drive consistency across platforms


- Data & Iteration


- Track engagement metrics- Use insights to refine content direction


- Stay updated with platform trends
