About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our organic content strategy and elevate our digital presence across platforms, with a sharp focus on Instagram. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to analyze data to drive content decisions. You will be the brand's digital voice and play a critical role in shaping how we engage with our audience. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: - Develop and execute a compelling, data-driven social media strategy aligned with brand values and business objectives. - Define platform-specific KPIs and success metrics; monitor performance and optimize accordingly. Content Leadership: - Lead content creation and publishing strategies, particularly for Instagram (Reels, Stories, Carousels). - Ensure brand voice consistency across all content and channels. - Supervise content execution from ideation to publishing, ensuring high quality and engagement. Calendar Management: - Plan and manage a monthly content calendar incorporating product launches, sales campaigns, and seasonal themes. - Work collaboratively with internal teams (creative, product, sales) to align social content with broader marketing goals. Analytics & Insights: - Track and report social media analytics regularly using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc. - Generate actionable insights to continuously improve content performance and engagement. Team Collaboration: - Coordinate with designers, video editors, copywriters, and external creators/agencies to execute the content pipeline. - Manage timelines and ensure efficient content delivery. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, Media, or a related field. - 5+ years of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy. - Strong knowledge of social media platforms, especially Instagrams algorithms, tools, and trends. - A keen creative eye with a strong sense of storytelling, aesthetics, and audience engagement. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proven experience in analyzing social media performance metrics and applying insights to content strategy. - Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Later/Hootsuite, and Google Analytics is preferred. - Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
