About the Role:
We're looking for a social storyteller who lives and breathes content and culture - someone who understands what's relevant, what's next, and how to turn it into brand-defining storytelling.
You'll lead the company's social presence - shaping strategy, driving content, and bringing thought-leadership to life across social and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Content:
- Build and execute a sharp social and content strategy for brand and business handles across Linkedin, Instagram, YouTube and Substack.
- Create compelling, insight-led storytelling that connects wealth, lifestyle, and aspiration.
- Stay on the pulse of culture, trends, and new formats - from podcasts to reels to thought-leadership pieces.
Execution & Collaboration:
- Partner with agencies and internal teams to plan, create, and publish high-quality content.
- Manage calendars, maintain brand consistency, and ensure best-in-class design and tone.
- Collaborate with leaders across business verticals to amplify their voice and expertise.
Measurement & Growth:
- Track performance, analyze insights, and evolve strategy for impact and engagement.
- Benchmark against leading lifestyle, luxury, and financial brands to raise the bar.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience managing social for a brand or agency.
- Strong grasp of storytelling, content, and cultural relevance.
- Keen eye for design and aesthetic detail.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset; fluent in metrics and platform insights.
- Self-starter with hustle, curiosity, and an interest in wealth and luxury.
