Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business and brand goals.
- Manage and grow the company's presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant channels.
- Create a content calendar including thought leadership, company updates, product announcements, and industry insights.
- Build and manage the digital positioning of the company and leadership (including the MD) across relevant platforms.
- Drive organic growth and engagement, backed by measurable metrics.
2. Content & Brand Positioning
- Work with internal teams to translate company initiatives, product updates, and insights into engaging digital content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media and digital channels.
- Create content formats including short-form posts, carousels, blogs, newsletters, and thought leadership pieces.
3. SEO & Website Optimization
- Support SEO strategy and implementation to improve website visibility and search rankings.
- Identify opportunities for website improvements, content optimization, and keyword strategy.
- Coordinate with internal teams or external developers to implement SEO and website updates where required.
4. Digital Marketing & Campaigns
- Plan and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation.
- Run performance-driven campaigns including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or other relevant channels.
- Support initiatives focused on client acquisition and brand visibility.
5. Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Monitor and report on social media performance, engagement, and growth metrics.
- Track campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.
- Provide periodic reports and insights to leadership on digital growth.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1-4 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or SEO.
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts from scratch.
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and content strategy.
- Experience running targeted marketing campaigns and performance marketing.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush), social media schedulers, and ad platforms.
- Strong writing and communication skills with an eye for brand storytelling and positioning.
