Work on social analytics metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and provide actionable social strategies  - Generate Recommendation and Insights: translate conversation and activity analysis into actionable insights and recommendations   - Create client facing deliverables: synthesize all insights and learnings in context to the clients business needs and present in a visually appealing format that is professional and easy for the client to consume  Skills  - A bachelor's degree in relevant field; MBA, Marketing preferable  - 3+ years of experience in social media  - Experience in social analytics data like Facebook/ twitter analytics and others  - Experience in social listening tools like Radian6, Brand watch, Sysomos, Crimson Hexagon  - Advanced PowerPoint skills (required)  Must Have  Should be able to read and write Oriya.  Important: The recruit should be able to join within 30 to 40 days of receiving the offer.
