Lead - Programmatic Strategy & Excellence.

Role Overview:

- As a senior programmatic strategist, you are our storyteller.

- You will partner with regional Media Heads (South, West, and North) to lead high-stakes pitches.

- While your primary focus is winning business through superior strategy, you will also act as the "Guardian of Excellence," auditing key accounts and occasionally leading execution to set the benchmark for our regional teams.

Core Responsibilities:

Strategic Pitching & Narrative (70%):

- The "Pitch Closer": Lead the programmatic narrative for all major RFPs, translating complex ad-tech into clear business value for clients.

- Custom Frameworks: Design sophisticated, full-funnel audience and data strategies that go beyond "standard" media plans.

- Regional Consultant: Act as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for regional leadership to help them navigate senior client conversations.

Execution Excellence & Audit (30%):

- Quality Benchmarking: Conduct "Health Check" audits on key accounts to ensure best-in-class optimization and brand safety.

- Agile Execution: Lead hands-on execution for marquee launches or pilot campaigns to establish the "Gold Standard" for the org.

- Standardization: Define SOPs and measurement frameworks for existing regional execution teams.

- Team Evolution: Lay the groundwork to eventually build and lead a dedicated execution pod.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: 5-8 years in Programmatic (DV360 expertise is mandatory).

- The "Boardroom" Presence: Ability to simplify the "alphabet soup" (DSP/SSP/PG/ADH) of ad-tech for CMO-level stakeholders.

- Influence without Authority: Success in a matrix/dotted-line environment, upskilling teams you don't directly manage.

- Hybrid Skillset: You can build a 50-slide strategy deck and then jump into a DSP to troubleshoot a line item.
