Job Title: Influencer Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our influencer partnerships, optimize performance-driven campaigns, and drive meaningful brand impact through creator collaborations. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying the right influencers, developing creative integration strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and managing end-to-end execution of influencer storefronts and campaigns.

This position requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management. You will work closely with influencers, internal teams, and brand partners to ensure seamless execution, impactful storytelling, and alignment with long-term marketing and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Identification & Onboarding:

- Lead the discovery, evaluation, and onboarding of influencers for performance-driven campaigns.

- Identify creators whose content, audience, and brand alignment meet campaign goals.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers and agencies.

Campaign Strategy & Creative Integration:

- Match influencers with the right brands to maximize storefront visibility and performance.

- Guide discussions on creative direction, brand messaging, and product integration within influencer content.

- Provide creative input across campaigns to ensure compelling and authentic brand storytelling.

Project & Relationship Management:

- Manage expectations and deliverables with influencers and internal teams to ensure high-quality, timely output.

- Plan influencer associations with a long-term strategic viewpoint rather than one-off collaborations.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, product, etc.) to negotiate terms and establish commercial and strategic agreements.

Performance Monitoring & Analytics:

- Monitor, measure, and analyze influencer performance to meet and exceed storefront KPIs.

- Extract insights from data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Conduct post-mortems for campaigns and storefront performance, producing detailed reports with insights and recommendations.

- Utilize performance findings to optimize strategies and enhance future influencer initiatives.

Client & Campaign Support:

- Develop business-driving communication strategies for brands and stakeholders.

- Support clients with future campaign planning, ensuring alignment with their goals and performance expectations.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing or Creator Partnerships.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience managing and nurturing professional relationships remotely.

- Excellent planning and organizational abilities, with a demonstrated ability to structure and execute marketing strategies from start to finish.

- Strong creative thinking with the ability to contribute innovative ideas across campaigns and projects.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple creator partnerships.

- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in performance analysis and insights reporting.

- Strong negotiation skills and experience in establishing strategic influencer agreements.

- High attention to detail, ownership, and accountability.

- Collaborative spirit and a strong understanding of the influencer ecosystem.
