About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Strategist who lives and breathes brands, storytelling, and digital culture.
The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a deep understanding of marketing strategy, audience psychology, and brand behavior in the digital ecosystem.
You will be responsible for conceptualizing, strategizing, and leading end-to-end brand campaigns that resonate with consumers and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Lead strategic thinking and creative direction for brand campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
- Interpret client briefs to identify core objectives and translate them into compelling, insight-driven campaign strategies.
- Conceptualize and present innovative campaign ideas, brand narratives, and go-to-market plans.
- Drive the end-to-end process for new business pitches from ideation, research, and positioning to pitch presentation and creative sample execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, design, film, outreach, and media to ensure integrated campaign delivery.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on consumer behavior, market trends, category dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Develop actionable insights and brand strategies based on research findings and data interpretation.
- Craft strong brand positioning and communication frameworks that align with client goals and audience expectations.
- Lead and facilitate brainstorming sessions to inspire innovative thinking across teams.
- Mentor and guide junior strategists, helping them develop strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and derive learnings for future strategy development.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in marketing, digital storytelling, influencer culture, and consumer engagement.
- Build strong client relationships by communicating strategy clearly and presenting compelling creative rationales.
Required Skillsets:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or Media Studies.
- 4-7 years of experience in brand strategy, creative planning, or marketing strategy within an advertising, digital, or media agency.
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, consumer insights, and brand positioning.
- Proven experience in leading pitch presentations, campaign strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
- Deep curiosity about consumer psychology, market behavior, and cultural trends.
- Proficiency in research methodologies, competitive analysis, and strategic frameworks.
- Ability to translate data and insights into creative strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of junior strategists or planners.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning in the advertising space
