Position: Brand Head
Department: Marketing & Communications

Reports to: Chief Marketing & Communications Officer
Role Overview
As the Brand Head, you will be the custodian of one of India's most admired and trusted luxury real estate brands. You will be responsible for strengthening company's premium positioning, ensuring a consistent and aspirational brand experience across all customer and stakeholder touchpoints. This role demands a leader with a deep understanding of core branding, consumer behavior, and the ability to create and execute impactful brand strategies and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Define, refine, and strengthen company's brand identity in alignment with its vision.
- Build the brand architecture for projects across residential portfolio in India and international markets.
- Position the brand as the benchmark of luxury, trust, and engineering excellence in real estate.
2. Integrated Marketing & Communication
- Drive high-impact campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, experiential, and PR channels.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, storytelling, and visual design across launches, events, digital platforms, and corporate communications.
- Partner with sales and other internal teams to align brand narratives with business outcomes.
3. Customer & Market Insights
- Track consumer trends, real estate market shifts, and competitive benchmarks.
- Leverage insights to deepen connect with HNIs, investors and aspirational buyers.
- Monitor and improve brand KPIs regularly.
4. Thought Leadership & Partnerships
- Position company as a trusted thought leader in luxury real estate.
- Build partnerships with luxury brands, design leaders, and influencers.
- Strengthen the brand through sustainability and CSR-led initiatives.
5. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor the brand, creative, and communications teams.
- Optimize budgets with a focus on ROI and long-term brand equity.
Key Requirements
- Education: MBA / Master's in Marketing, Branding, Communications, or related fields.
- Experience: 16-18 years of brand management experience, with at least 5 years in real estate, lifestyle or premium consumer brands.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of branding and premium positioning.
- Expertise in high-value product launches and brand storytelling.
- Proven track record of driving measurable brand growth.
- Strong digital and experiential marketing exposure.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
