Snowflake - Enterprise Product Manager - Order Management & Billing System

About the Role:

- We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Product Manager to own and drive the roadmap for Order Management and Billing systems in a high-growth enterprise environment.

- This role will be responsible for building, enhancing, and scaling mission-critical systems that power order lifecycle management, invoicing, payments, and revenue recognition processes across the organization.

- As the Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, operations, and customer success to ensure seamless integration of order and billing workflows, delivering best-in-class experiences for internal users and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise-grade Order Management and Billing systems.

- Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, aligning product initiatives with business objectives and regulatory compliance.

- Oversee the design and implementation of features that enhance order processing, invoicing, payment collections, subscription management, and tax compliance.

- Partner with engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.

- Define KPIs to measure system performance, billing accuracy, and operational efficiency.

- Drive system integrations with CRM, ERP, payment gateways, and other enterprise platforms.

- Ensure adherence to financial compliance standards such as SOX, PCI-DSS, and data privacy regulations.

- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitive trends in order management and billing systems.

Required Qualifications:

- 7-10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on enterprise platforms, order management, and/or billing systems.

- Proven track record of managing complex enterprise product lifecycles from concept to launch.

- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, subscription billing, invoicing, and payment workflows.

- Experience working with ERP, CRM, and payment gateway integrations.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Zuora, or similar.

- Knowledge of SaaS billing models and revenue recognition standards (ASC 606).

- Familiarity with Agile product management frameworks and tools.
