Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with strong experience in the food/FMCG industry to drive channel sales, institutional sales, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle sales operations across retail, modern trade, and institutional channels.

- Build distributor and dealer networks.

- Work on pricing, promotions, and market penetration plans.

- Drive brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.

- Prepare MIS reports and sales forecasts.

Requirements:

- 3-10 years of food/FMCG sales experience.

- Strong negotiation & communication skills.

- Graduate/MBA preferred.
