Role Overview:
Were looking for a Senior Product Designer who is curious, user-obsessed, and excited to work on real-world problems at scale. Someone who doesnt just design screens but thinks deeply about why something should exist and how it can be better. This role is ideal for a designer who wants to learn fast, think end-to-end, and build meaningful products, not just polish pixels.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and contribute to the end-to-end design process from problem understanding and user research to wireframes, visual design, and final UI.
- Translate complex product and business requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences.
- Be deeply user-obsessed advocate for users in every discussion and design decision.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
- Work on both UX and UI, ensuring usability, clarity, and visual consistency.
- Create and iterate wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Contribute to and evolve Snapmints design system and visual language.
- Experiment, learn, and push for fresh ideas while balancing feasibility and impact.
- Continuously seek feedback and improve designs based on data and user insights.
Qualifications
- 3 - 6 years of experience as a Product / UX / UI Designer.
- Strong understanding of the design thinking process and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to think holistically - beyond screens - about journeys, edge cases, and user intent.
- A genuine passion for learning, improving, and building things from scratch.
- Strong fundamentals in:
- UX (user flows, IA, usability)
- UI (visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, colors)
- Basic graphic design (icons, illustrations, visual assets)
- Proficiency with tools like Figma (or similar
- Ability to clearly explain and defend design decisions
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
