About the role
Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to spearhead hiring across Technology, Product, Business, and Operations, aligned with Snapmints strategic growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to define hiring strategy, workforce planning, and org design.
- Lead and coach a high-performing TA team.
- Strengthen our employer brand and deepen engagement with top talent pools.
- Champion a data-driven hiring culture to reduce time-to-fill and improve quality-of-hire.
- Leverage ATS, social platforms, and networks to build strong talent pipelines.
Desired Profile
- Prior success in a high-growth, startup or Series B+ environment (teams of 5001000+).
- Extensive experience leading and managing high-performing TA teams.
- Experience in scaling teams across multiple locations is a strong plus.
Location: Gurugram (Unitech Cyber Park, Sector 39).
Work days: Monday Friday.
