About the role
Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to spearhead hiring across Technology, Product, Business, and Operations, aligned with Snapmint's strategic growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive full-cycle hiring across tech and non-tech roles, from key ICs to senior leadership
- Partner with leadership to define hiring strategy, workforce planning, and org design
- Lead and coach a high-performing TA team
- Strengthen our employer brand and deepen engagement with top talent pools
- Champion a data-driven hiring culture to reduce time-to-fill and improve quality-of-hire
- Leverage ATS, social platforms, and networks to build strong talent pipelines
Desired Profile
- Master's degree from a top-tier business school with 10+ years of experience
- Prior success in a high-growth, startup or Series B+ environment (teams of 500-1000+)
- Extensive experience leading and managing high-performing TA teams
- Experience in scaling teams across multiple locations is a strong plus
Location: Gurugram (Unitech Cyber Park, Sector 39)
