With real time credit approval, seamless digital loan servicing and repayments technology we are revolutionizing the way banking is done for today's smartphone-wielding Indian. https://snapmint.com/ https://www.linkedin.com/company/snapmintfinserv/mycompany/ Responsibilities: - Lead product development team at Snapmint - Own strategy of Snapmint customer onboarding and acquisitions - Seek product ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows. - Conceptualize and build new products, and features that are accurate, scalable, and impactful. - Partner with the design and user research teams to understand customer problems and identify and iterate on solutions. - Liaison with internal teams such as marketing, product development, account management, UX etc., to ensure that gaps in the customer experience are plugged - Drive organisation wise KPIs for specific journey nodes which have a direct bearing on the customer experience outcomes - Constantly analyze product performance post-launch and iterate on the same to keep improving the product experience. Experience & Qualification Required: - 7+ years of work experience required with a minimum of 5 years in a product management role. - Must have experience working on the frontend of a customer app of a leading Indian B2C app with 1 cr+ downloads - Experience with designing customer signup, activation journeys - Work closely with Engineering and Business to drive the product roadmap. Ability to organise, manage, prioritise and take tradeoff calls while working with engineering and other stakeholder - Data/Logic-driven Approach: to work with large quantities of data, insights and business skills to leverage analytics for decision making.
