About the Role:
We're looking for a data-obsessed strategist to own the testing and optimization engine of our rewards and loyalty program. You'll design experiments that prove what truly drives member behavior, build the financial models that determine program ROI, and turn insights into scalable growth strategies. This is a high-impact role for someone who thinks in hypotheses and measures everything.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the Experimentation Roadmap: Identify the highest-impact opportunities to test (promotions,communications, mechanics) and prioritize a quarterly testing calendar.
- Design & Analyze Tests: Own end-to-end A/B and multivariate test design, ensuring statistically sound methodology and clear success metrics.
- Own Program Economics: Build and maintain the core financial model for the loyalty program. Calculate ROI, LTV impact, and incremental margin for every initiative.
- Generate Actionable Insights: Translate complex test results into clear, compelling recommendations for program strategy and investment.
- Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Data Science on tracking, with Product on technical implementation, and with Marketing on campaign integration.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-5 years in growth marketing, product analytics, or management consulting with heavy focus on testing and ROI analysis.
- Must have: Expert SQL skills, advanced Excel/Sheets modeling, and proven experience designing/running A/B tests in a consumer-facing business.
- Must have: Experience building financial models and calculating business ROI.
- Strong storytelling with data; can present complex analyses to senior leaders.
- Bonus: Experience with loyalty programs, subscription models, or e-commerce.
