About the role:

Snapmint is hiring a Program Manager - Learning & Development to build high-impact learning programs that enable teams to perform better and scale faster. This role goes beyond traditional training-you will run L&D as a business program, ensuring learning translates into real performance outcomes across Sales, Operations, Product, and Leadership teams. As Snapmint grows at speed, this role will ensure our people learn fast and execute even faster.

What You'll Do:

- Build and run learning programs at scale:

- New hire onboarding

- Functional capability programs (Sales, Ops, CX, Product)

- Manager & leadership development

- Performance-linked learning journeys from idea - rollout - impact.

- Manage timelines, stakeholders, and outcomes

- Balance speed, quality, and scale

- Obsess over learning impact, not just completion

- Translate business goals into learning programs

- Partner with leaders & HRBPs

- Manage vendors, trainers & platforms

- Track metrics, adoption & ROI

- Continuously improve programs as Snapmint grows

Required Qualifications:

- Must Have 6-10 years in L&D / Program Management

- Have built learning programs in fast-growth environments

- Are data-driven, structured, and execution-focused

- Can influence without authority

- Believe learning should improve performance

Location: Bangalore

Working Days: 5 days working
