About the role:

Snapmint is looking for a Product Manager - Payments to own and scale our end-to-end repayment experience. This role will focus on building seamless, reliable, and scalable payment and collections systems that drive high repayment success, reduce delinquencies, and improve customer trust.

Responsibilities:

- Own the repayments and payments charter end-to-end, including EMI collections, prepayments, retries, refunds, reversals, and reconciliation

- Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for repayment flows

- Drive continuous improvement of repayment success rates and reduction in payment failures

- Design intuitive and frictionless repayment journeys across app, web, and reminders (push, SMS, WhatsApp, email)

- Optimize checkout, autopay setup, mandate flows, and fallback mechanisms

Qualifications:

- Prior 4-6 years of experience in Product Management, Tech or related roles

- Prior experience working in startups, fintech/ payments/ lending is a must

- Strong understanding of Indian payment ecosystems

- Prior experience working closely with engineering and design teams

- Data-driven mindset with ability to use metrics to drive decisions

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
