About the role:
Were looking for a Product Manager Enterprise Growth to lead our strategic enterprise relationships and ensure Snapmints solutions are deeply embedded and scaled across partner ecosystems. This role blends product thinking, integration ownership and growth delivery.
Youll work directly with product, tech, and business leaders at large enterprise accounts to understand their priorities, design seamless integrations, and unlock new revenue opportunities. Internally, youll collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate partner needs into scalable solutions, while ensuring measurable impact for both sides.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary product interface for enterprise accounts, understanding their business goals and aligning them with Snapmints offerings
- Lead integration discussions with partner product and engineering teams from requirement scoping to launch
- Drive adoption and growth within enterprise accounts by enabling new use cases and product features
- Track and report on key success metrics such as partner adoption, transaction growth, and revenue contribution
- Proactively identify opportunities to deepen Snapmints presence and unlock new streams of enterprise-led growth
- Represent enterprise partner needs in internal roadmap prioritization, ensuring a balance between scalability and customization
- Cultivate and manage relationships with senior stakeholders within enterprise accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and product expert.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in working with consultancies/ large B2C companies
- Proven experience, ideally including time at leading consulting firms, and a strong background in working with large B2C companies.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs and partner integrations
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across product, tech, and business functions
- Demonstrated ability to effectively engage, influence, and build consensus with senior stakeholders at enterprise clients and internal teams.
- Data-driven mindset, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High ownership, structured thinking, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
