We are looking for a Product Manager - Credit to drive user growth, improve conversions, and enhance product experience. The role involves owning KPIs, building features, and using data insights to optimize performance in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

- User Experience & Growth: Identify user needs and market opportunities to enhance the product experience, drive user growth, and increase conversion through continuous iteration and A/B testing

- KPI Ownership: Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as attach rate, conversion rate, approval rate, and user engagement, while balancing with risk metrics like default rate

- Feature Development: Translate product strategy into detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications; work closely with design, engineering, and data science teams to deliver impactful features

- Data Analysis & Insights: Utilize data analytics (SQL, Excel, analytics tools) to monitor product performance, analyze user behavior, application funnels, and credit funnel performance to derive actionable insights for product improvements

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with credit, underwriting, engineering, analytics, and operations teams to ensure seamless product delivery and operational efficiency

- Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and threats

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of product management experience in a digital lending company or fintech, specifically with app-based financial products (e.g., personal loans)

- Proven track record of end-to-end delivery of product features, from ideation to launch and growth

- Strong understanding of consumer lending products, user acquisition funnels, conversion optimization, and key financial product KPIs (attach rate, conversion, default rates), credit policies and risk metrics

- Hands-on skills with SQL and Excel; ability to independently work on datasets and generate insights

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across diverse teams

- Strong problem-solving abilities, a data-driven mindset, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong ownership mentality
