About the Role The Financial Technologies team builds the infrastructure powering Snapmints core financial operations. From managing millions of EMI transactions to automating payouts, invoicing, and billingour systems ensure reliability, accuracy, and scale. We're also expanding into products like rewards, insurance, utility bill payments, and ticketing. Responsibilities - Define and own the long-term product vision and strategy for financial systems. - Be the voice of the customerconduct user research to inform product decisions. - Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer value and stakeholder alignment. - Work closely with engineering to design scalable, innovative solutions to complex financial workflows. - Collaborate with UX to deliver seamless, user-centered product experiences. - Create strategic and execution-focused documentation: PR/FAQs, product strategy, requirements, process flows, system diagrams, API specs, and user guides. - Monitor product metrics, identify gaps, and drive adoption and continuous improvement. What Were Looking For - 5+ years of experience in building and scaling financial systems, such as ERP or transactional payments/settlement platforms. - Proven ability to lead end-to-end tech product development. - Data-driven decision-maker with proficiency in analytics tools. - Skilled at managing cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, startup environment. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Technical background preferred. - Experience in consumer credit products is a plus. - MBA or CA from a top-tier institution.
