Website: https://www.snapmintbusiness.com/ Responsibilities: - Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant channels. - Collaborate with designers to create high-quality ad collaterals, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and campaign goals. - Research and implement best practices for ad content, design, and copywriting to improve engagement and conversion rates. - Manage and optimize GTM (Google Tag Manager) for accurate event tracking and data collection. - Utilize CRM tools to track leads, analyze customer behavior, and enhance lead-nurturing strategies. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging attribution tools to measure success and optimize ROI. - Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to enhance ad targeting and effectiveness. - Implement and manage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target and convert high-value prospects. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing strategies to drive innovation in campaigns. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - 2-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for a SAAS company. - Expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and GTM with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns. - Strong knowledge of ad content creation, including copywriting and visual design elements. - Experience working with designers to develop effective marketing assets. - Deep understanding of digital tracking, lead attribution, and performance measurement tools. - Hands-on experience with the CRM tools and lead tracking mechanisms. - Knowledge of ABM, email marketing, and audience segmentation strategies. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
