About the role:
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to support paid acquisition for our fintech products. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and app-focused channels to drive quality leads, installs, and conversions while ensuring compliance with fintech guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Set up, analyse and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, UAC and other ads platforms.
- Improve traffic quality, app installs, and conversion events (signup, purchases).
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Track metrics like CTR, CPC, CPI, and CAC.
- Use insights to enhance targeting, bids, creatives, and landing pages.
- Regularly analyse the user journey funnel to improve the performance.
- Collaborate with design, product and growth teams to improve creative quality, user onboarding and reduce drop-offs.
Budget & Testing:
- Assist in planning and pacing budgets efficiently ensuring goal achievement.
- Run A/B tests to improve ROI and user quality.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Ensure campaigns follow fintech and platform compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing (Google, Meta, App campaigns).
- Experience with fintech/BFSI/eCommerce or lead-gen is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEMrush, Firebase, MMPs, Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
