Key Responsibilities: - Build and scale partnerships with Web Development Agencies, Digital Marketing Firms, Tech Integrators, and PoS/Billing Software providers to drive Snapmint adoption. - Develop and execute GTM strategies with partners to drive merchant acquisition across D2C and offline retail segments. - Enable and co-sell with partners by providing product training, integration support, and joint pitch strategies to unlock revenue opportunities. - Act as a product advocate to ensure seamless partner onboarding and integration of Snapmints Pay Later/EMI solutions. - Manage multiple stakeholders within partner and merchant ecosystems, influencing decision-makers, influencers, and champions through the sales funnel. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and tech teams to ensure partner success. - Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new partnership opportunities and refine outreach strategy. - Own revenue and activation targets through scalable and high-impact partner channels. Requirements: - 5+ years in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or channel sales in fintech, SaaS, payments, or e-commerce domains. - Demonstrated success in activating and scaling high-value B2B partnerships with digital agencies, PoS/Billing solution providers, and tech platforms. - Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills across senior executive and founder-level stakeholders. - Familiarity with solution selling, indirect sales models, and B2B SaaS integration workflows. - Strong ability to build trust, influence adoption, and drive joint GTM outcomes across distributed partner networks.
