Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse operational data and business metrics to identify gaps, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with product, tech, business and finance teams to solve operational issues and streamline workflows
- Track SLA performance, TAT efficiency and end-to-end process adherence
- Support in identification, planning and execution of process inefficiencies to drive systematic improvements
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across tracking, reporting, and analysis pipelines.
- Work with leadership to drive data-backed decisions and operational outcomes
- Working with cross functional teams to translate insights into action.
Skills & Qualification Required:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in operations process improvement roles (preferably in high-growth tech/e-commerce/fintech/customer experience environment)
- B.Tech / B.E from IIT / NIT / BITS
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and SQL preferred
- Good understanding of operational KPIs, SLAs and performance metrics
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
