Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

- Streamline workflows, eliminate redundancies, and optimize resource allocation.

- Monitor operational performance against KPIs and provide regular reports to management.

- Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

- Identify and mitigate operational risks through control mechanisms.

- Foster cross-functional collaboration to optimize end-to-end operations.

- Will work closely with the founder of the organisation.

Skills and Qualification Required

- Graduate (B.Tech/B.E.) or Post graduate with 2+ years of experience in operations

- Experience in Fintech/ NBFC is must

- Experience in Creation of Reports and Dashboards

- Worked on projects spanning across multiple functional domains with focus on proper communication and documentation

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.

- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on operational excellence

- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse complex data and make data-driven recommendations.

- Knowledge into Advance excel
