About the Role:

We are hiring a Manager - Fraud Risk Management to manage end-to-end fraud risk for a high-scale fintech product. This role spans fraud monitoring, fraud analytics, fraud modelling and managing fraud Ops directly impacting approval rates, fraud losses, and GMV.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor Fraud Risk across all the products (checkout, EMIs, PL, CLOU..) of the company

- Identify fraud patterns by conducting required analytics across all the products

- Work with platform team to implement fraud rules

- Assist in developing fraud models using third party data, bureau and internal data

- Design fraud rules (e.g. Velocity rules) to control frauds across all the products

- Manage Fraud Ops team to analyse fraud patterns in an effective way

- Manage third party data vendors, optimise fraud control costs

What We're Looking For:

- 4-5 years experience in fraud management

- Credit Domain knowledge is a must

- Good educational background

- Experience with third party data vendors is a plus
