About the Role:
We are building our advertising business from the ground up and are looking for driven, self-starters with 3-4 years of experience in ad sales or business development preferably from ecommerce or digital-first background to join us on this exciting journey. Key Responsibilities:
- Build, manage and scale a steady ads revenue pipeline, negotiate and finalize deals aligned with the partner brands and forecast revenue accurately
- Build a comprehensive ads program view of the seller ecosystem and lead GTM planning and execution to support Ads business scale-up
- Design go-to-market strategies tailored to different advertiser segments to unlock new revenue streams and partnership opportunities
- Develop and execute comprehensive, customer-led strategies to grow ad spend within your portfolio, leveraging data insights to optimize ROI and campaign performance
- Educate advertisers on ad capabilities and enable advertisers across key functions to maximize ad investments
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders across partner brands and advertisers.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reviews, progress updates, and roadblocks to senior leadership to drive adoption and scale
- Help analyze campaign performance against key metrics to identify, recommend, and implement optimizations to help Medium/small brands to increase efficiency, drive high renewal rate and meet clients KPIs
- Work closely with category, client servicing, ad operations and product teams to drive advertiser objectives, share marketplace feedback and contribute to overall improvement of ads business
- Troubleshoot any technical or implementation issues by collaborating with internal teams to debug the same
