About Snapmint:

Snapmint is a fintech-ecommerce hybrid on a mission to democratise access to quality products for India's aspiring consumers. We enable no-cost EMI options across mobiles, electronics, fashion, beauty, and more. We operate across our own marketplace, app-in-app integrations, vouchers, Personal Loans, Utility payments, and Travel with UPI and Credit Line products launching soon.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Lifecycle & Revenue Manager to own the end-to-end user journey after sign-up. You will lead a team of 58 members (analysts, growth associates, campaign specialists) and be responsible for driving activation, engagement, retention, and revenue growth across our user base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Activation: Convert newly signed-up users into their first transacting customers. Reduce friction and drive app adoption.

- Engagement: Build repeat behaviour and cross-sell multiple product lines (e.g., vouchers, personal loans, recharges).

- Retention & Reactivation: Predict and reduce churn, win back dormant users, and ensure all incentive spend delivers measurable returns.

- Interim Rewards Ownership: Oversee the rewards programme ROI, merchant deal pipeline, and campaign execution until a dedicated manager joins.

- P&L & Budget Ownership: Manage the lifecycle incentive budget, monitor contribution margins, and optimise for customer lifetime value (CLTV).

- Team Leadership: Manage, develop, and hold a team of analysts and growth associates accountable for their KPIs.

Key Competencies & Skills:

Required Experience:

- 47 years of total experience, with at least 2 years in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or growth roles at a consumer internet or fintech company.

- Minimum 1 year of people management experience (hiring, development, performance conversations).

- Experience owning a budget or P&L line you have managed incentive or campaign spend and been accountable for returns.

Technical Skills:

- Excel, Powerpoint.

- SQL: comfortable pulling your own cohort and segment analyses.

- CLTV / RFM modelling: experience building or working with lifetime value models.

- CRM tools like WebEngage, CleverTap or MoEngage: hands-on experience building multi-channel journeys (push, WhatsApp, SMS, email, IVR).

- A/B testing: ability to design experiments, size holdout groups, and interpret results.

- Rewards / loyalty exposure (preferred): familiarity with earn-burn mechanics or redemption economics.

Mindset & Attributes:

- Economic first thinker: you prioritise contribution margin and payback periods over vanity metrics.

- Self-starter: you set your own agenda and don't wait for detailed briefs.

- Solution-oriented: you escalate issues with potential solutions attached.

- Cross-functional by nature: you proactively collaborate with Credit, Product, and Data Science teams.

- Comfortable with ambiguity: you can operate effectively even with temporary, expanded scope.

What You Will Lead:

- A team of 58 professionals including Business Analysts, a Data Scientist (personalisation), Growth Associates, and Rewards operations staff.

- The full lifecycle marketing stack.

- Cross-functional initiatives to improve activation, repeat purchase rates, and reactivation economics.
