Snapmint is looking a Junior Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping our credit and lending strategy. You will work directly with senior management to design data-driven strategies, analyze customer behavior, and contribute to building innovative products that balance growth with risk control. This role offers exceptional learning opportunities, giving you hands-on exposure to credit strategy, analytics, and retail lending in a fast-growing fintech.
Responsibilities:
- Helping senior management in credit strategy and planning - creating long and short-term growth charts for all businesses for top and bottom line.
- Leverage advanced data analytics to derive insights and optimize credit strategies
- Assist in new product formation and new market exploration
- Analyze large volumes of customer data across a variety of digital tools like SQL to gain insight and identify opportunities for improvement
- Help to build credit risk decision strategies for retail lending with a unique value proposition
- Monitor portfolio as well as macroeconomic trends impacting loan performance. Drive adjustments to our underwriting and marketing strategies to mitigate risk
Education & Qualification Required:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in lending start-ups/ Fintech/ Neo bank with Strong analytical, numerical, research and problem solving skills
- Excellent with excel
- Hands on experience in using SQL, Python, Pandas
Location: Bangalore (Kadubeesnahalli)
Working days : 5 days working (Monday to Friday)
