About the role:

We are looking for a UPI Growth Manager to own and scale Snapmints UPI acquisition, engagement, and transaction growth. This role sits at the intersection of product, partnerships, analytics, and marketing, and will be responsible for driving user adoption and monetization of UPI across Snapmints ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the UPI growth strategy across user acquisition, activation, retention, and transaction frequency

- Identify growth levers across merchant-side and consumer-side UPI journeys

- Own UPI-related KPIs including GMV, TPV, MAU, conversion rates, and repeat usage

- Work closely with merchant partners to expand UPI acceptance and usage

- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to optimize UPI onboarding, payment success rates, and user experience

- Drive incentive programs such as cashback, rewards look for synergies with other business lines to drive growth of UPI

- Analyze funnel performance, transaction data, and cohort behavior to drive insights

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in growth, product, or payments roles within fintech, payments, or consumer tech

- Strong understanding of the UPI ecosystem, NPCI guidelines, and bank/PSP integrations

- Familiarity with tools such as clever tap, mo Engage, WebEngage, appsflyer, branch, Google Adwords, Meta Business Suite etc.

- Proven track record of scaling payment products or growth funnels

- High analytical ability with hands-on experience using data to drive decisions

- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Partnerships
