Snapmint - Founder's Office Role

Role Overview:

We are looking for someone to work closely with the founders and leadership team on high-priority initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution.

You will act as a force multiplier-driving key projects, solving complex problems, and ensuring alignment across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with one of the founders to drive key business priorities.

- Steer all ongoing projects led by the founder, ensuring smooth progress and no blockers.

- Identify and resolve bottlenecks to keep execution fast and efficient.

- Own 2-3 high-impact projects end-to-end, from problem definition to execution.

- Drive cross-functional coordination across product, growth, and operations.

- Build structure, track key metrics, and ensure timely delivery across initiatives.

Qualifications:

- 3-6 years of experience (top-tier consulting, startups or similar high-intensity environments).

- Strong first-principles thinking and problem-solving.

- Proven ability to execute and deliver outcomes.

- High ownership and urgency - low tolerance for drift.

- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and high stakes.
