Role Overview:
Were looking for a Content Lead to own how millions of users experience Snapmint across CRM, Social Media, and our App.
This role sits at the intersection of:
- Brand (tone & consistency)
- User experience (clarity, empathy, trust)
- Performance (CTR, engagement, repayment behavior)
You will define, execute, and scale communication that drives engagement, builds trust, and strengthens our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End User Communication
- Own communication across CRM channels, collections journeys, and in-app experiences
- Design messaging for key lifecycle moments: onboarding, transactions, repayments, growth, and retention
Brand Tone Implementation-
- Ensure all communication reflects Snapmints brand tone-consistent, context-aware, and distinctive
- Build and maintain playbooks, templates, and guardrails to scale tone across teams
Performance & Experimentation
- Continuously improve CTR, engagement, and conversions
- Drive A/B testing and leverage data-driven insights to optimize messaging for measurable impact
Product & UX Collaboration
- Work closely with Product and Design to simplify financial concepts, reduce friction, and guide user decisions through clear, intuitive content
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the B2C content team
- Set high standards for clarity, speed, and original thinking while fostering a performance-driven culture
Speed & Execution
- Operate in a high-velocity environment
- Ship quickly, iterate rapidly, and prioritize impact over perfection
Requirements:
- 610 years of experience in high-performing B2C startups / consumer internet companies
- Strong experience in CRM, lifecycle, or user communication content
- Proven track record of driving measurable outcomes via content
- Strong cross-functional collaboration - partnering with Product, Growth/CRM, and Design
- Deep understanding of user behavior, intent, and communication psychology
- Experience leading teams in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
- Ability to balance brand, UX, and performance simultaneously
