Role Overview:

We're inspired by brands like Klarna, Razorpay, and Nykaa - aspirational, modern, premium, youthful, high-conviction, and instantly recognizable.

We're looking for someone who can bring that level of freshness, consistency, and standout identity to Snapmint.

Key Responsibilities

- Brand Leadership - Own and elevate Snapmint's end-to-end visual identity across all online and offline touchpoints.

- Campaign & Growth Creative - Lead high-performing creative for launches, campaigns, sales moments, and growth initiatives that improve CTR, engagement, and conversions across digital channels.

- Product & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Product, CRM, Content, Growth, and Business teams to build one consistent Snapmint experience across app, marketing, and communications.

- Team Leadership - Lead, mentor, and grow the design team while raising standards for quality, speed, ownership, originality, and creative culture.
