Role Overview:
We're looking for a numbers-first Performance Marketing Lead who lives in spreadsheets, thinks in unit economics, and scales growth profitably. This role owns performance across Amazon Ads, Quick Commerce platforms and Google Ads, with Meta Ads as a bonus channel. Ability to leverage LLMs and vibe coding is a super plus point.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end performance for Amazon Ads (Search, Display, DSP) and Quick Commerce ad platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.)
- Drive profitable growth through deep analysis of CAC, ROAS, contribution margins, and cohort performance
- Build and maintain performance dashboards, forecasts, and budget allocation models
Use LLMs + vibe coding to:
- Automate reporting and anomaly detection
- Rapidly analyze search term, keyword, and creative performance
- Create lightweight internal tools, scripts, or workflows to improve efficiency
- Work closely with category, supply chain, and finance teams to align spend with inventory and margins
- Manage and lead a team of performance marketing ninjas to be the best in business
What We're Looking For:
- Extremely strong math & analytical skills
- 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience in ecommerce / D2C / marketplaces
- Deep experience with Amazon Ads and at least one Quick Commerce ads platform
- Proven ability to scale spend without losing efficiency
- High comfort with Excel / Google Sheets; SQL or Python is a plus
- Clear, structured thinker who can explain numbers to non-analytical teams
