Job Summary:
- We are seeking a high-impact Lead - Strategy & Projects to work closely with the CEO and leadership team in driving the company's most critical growth and transformation initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and innovation, with a mandate to shape the organization's long-term trajectory.
- The incumbent will own high-stakes strategic programs, drive alignment across the CXO office, and incubate new business lines. A key focus will be enabling the organization's transition into a GenAI-native enterprise, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to unlock efficiency, scale, and competitive advantage.
- This is a high-ownership role designed for individuals who thrive in ambiguity, think like founders, and execute with speed and rigor.
Key Responsibilities:
Own Strategic Growth Initiatives:
- Design and execute the company's growth playbook focused on maximizing Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and strengthening market leadership.
Drive GenAI Transformation:
- Partner with the CEO and CXOs to reimagine business processes and embed GenAI-led innovation across functions.
- Support with Annual Operating Planning (AOP) & OKRs:
- Orchestrate the company's planning cycles, ensuring alignment of leadership around key priorities, metrics, and the organizational "North Star."
CXO Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a central node across functions to ensure seamless execution of cross-functional strategic projects.
Incubate New Business Lines (Future P&Ls):
- Identify, evaluate, and launch new revenue streams-owning the journey from concept validation to go-to-market as an internal founder.
Program Execution & Governance:
- Drive structured execution of key initiatives with clear milestones, tracking mechanisms, and outcome ownership.
Candidate Profile:
- 5-8 years of experience in strategy consulting, CEO's office, business strategy, or high-growth start-up environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex business challenges into actionable plans. Proven track record of driving end-to-end ownership of projects with measurable business outcomes.
- Familiarity with Gen AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives is highly preferred.
