About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated APM/ Product Manager 1 to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end product feature development, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact initiatives. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as an Associate Product Manager (APM) or Product Manager and preferably a background as a Product Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive end-to-end product feature development from ideation to launch
- Define product requirements, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Leverage data and user insights to inform product decisions
- Track key product metrics and optimize features based on performance
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
- Prioritize roadmap initiatives based on impact and business goals
- Ensure timely delivery of product releases
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an APM or Product Manager
- Prior experience as a Product Analyst is strongly preferred
- Proven experience in driving end-to-end product feature development
- Strong analytical skills with good proficiency in SQL
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience working in high-growth/startup environments is a plus
