About the Role We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Delivery Manager to lead the successful implementation, customization, and support of Oracle NetSuite ERP solutions. This role requires a strong background in NetSuite ERP, CRM, Financials, Supply Chain, and Integrations, along with a proven track record in project management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple NetSuite projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery while driving business transformation. What You'll Do? NetSuite ERP Implementation & Delivery- - Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle NetSuite ERP for clients across industries.- - Define project scope, roadmap, milestones, and success criteria.- - Ensure seamless migration from legacy systems to NetSuite.- - Manage NetSuite customizations, workflows, and integrations with third-party applications.- Stakeholder & Client Engagement: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.- - Conduct business process analysis, fit-gap assessments, and solution design workshops.- - Ensure seamless user adoption by driving training, change management, and post-go-live support.- Team Leadership & Governance: - Lead a team of NetSuite consultants, developers, and business analysts.- - Monitor project risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.- - Define and implement best practices for NetSuite ERP project execution.- Skills: Technical Skills: Deep expertise in NetSuite ERP modules, including: - Financials (GL, AP, AR, Revenue Management, Fixed Assets)- - Order Management & Supply Chain (Inventory, Procurement, Warehouse Management) - CRM, Human Resources, and Professional Services Automation (PSA)- - Strong understanding of NetSuite Suite Script, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.- - Experience in NetSuite integrations using REST, SOAP, or middleware tools (Boomi, Celigo, MuleSoft).- - Hands-on expertise in NetSuite ERP configurations, customizations, and workflows.- - Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and CRM business processes.- - Experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, ITIL). - Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.- - NetSuite certifications (e.g., NetSuite Administrator, Suite Foundation, ERP Consultant) are preferred.- Soft Skills: - Strong eagerness to learn and grow professionally - Good communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Problem-solving aptitude - Attention to detail - Willingness to accept feedback and improve - Good documentation skills - Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines Background: Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
