Senior Finance Manager (Mumbai)

Lillia is an agentic AI chronic-care platform operating across India, Singapore, Qatar, and our USA subsidiary.
We partner with providers and payors to deliver precision chronic-care programs at scale.
As we expand globally, we are looking for a Senior Finance Leader to anchor our multi-entity finance, compliance, MIS, and investor operations.
This is a high-ownership role responsible for building and running the entire finance backbone of a global early-stage company.
You will lead across five major areas:
1 Global Finance Operations
- Manage end-to-end finance operations across India, Singapore, Qatar, and the USA subsidiary.
- Oversee monthly and quarterly book closures with external accounting partners.
- Ensure accuracy in multi-currency revenue recognition, cashflow, and expense controls.
- Maintain intercompany agreements and internal cost/revenue allocations.
2 Cross-Border Taxation & Compliance
- Lead transfer pricing, intercompany billing policies, and documentation.
- Manage withholding tax, treaty interpretation, FEMA/FDI flows, and cross-border remittances.
- Oversee statutory filings across all jurisdictions (GST/TDS/PF in India, MCA; ACRA in Singapore; Qatar filings).
- Work closely with global tax advisors, auditors, secretaries, and legal partners.
3 MIS, FP&A & Board Reporting
- Own the full MIS engine: monthly dashboards, trendlines, KPIs, geography-wise revenues.
- Build forecasts, budgets, cashflow models, and runway analytics.
- Prepare Board materials, investor updates, and performance narratives.
- Support operational teams with financial insights, cohort economics & unit economics.
4 Fundraising Support & Investor Systems
- Maintain an organised and audit-ready data room.
- Support financial modelling and scenario analysis for fundraising rounds.
- Manage cap table, SAFE instruments, ESOP pool, and dilution calculations.
- Assist with investor due diligence, compliance documentation, and financial narratives.
5 Finance Systems, Controls & Process Building
- Establish scalable finance processes suitable for a fast-growing global startup.
- Implement and manage systems (Zoho Books / QuickBooks / Payroll / Dashboards).
- Create internal control frameworks for approvals, documentation, and payment governance.
- Drive discipline across internal stakeholders for financial reporting and compliance.
