Your responsibilities and goals will include: - You will lead quality and efficiency and day-to day operations of the smiles.ai production plant. - Deliver performance that exceed quality expectations and set the benchmark in the industry. - Manage zero defect quality with high velocity and precision. - Manage inventory management activities to balance days of inventory. - Apply broad and deep subject matter expertise to solve a variety of highly complex production issues. - Develop, monitor, and report on key business performance indicators. - Develop and own expense and budgets, including monitoring of expenditures and implementation of cost saving initiatives. - Foster an engaged and team-oriented workforce - Ensure safety and efficiency of the facility - Test and monitor plant processes - Remain in compliance with facility ISO standards and all HSE guidelines - Prepare, analyze and issue production and performance reports - Maintain all administrative records - Control costs to achieve company budget goals - Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program What you need to be successful: - You have experience leading production plant for aligner manufacturing or high implant manufacturing. - You have a bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering (chemistry, physics, material science, mechanical, process or similar) - 5+ years of experience in Process or Mechanical industry. - 3+ years of leadership experience. - Knowledge of International Quality Standards. - Significant manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment. - Project management experience. - A breakthrough mind-set and drive to win. - You have excellent attention to details, verbal, and written communication. - You speak fluent/professional English.
