We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & Brand Growth Manager to lead organic growth, brand building, and digital presence for our financial services business.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SEO, social media marketing, influencer campaigns, and content strategy, with a deep understanding of branding, compliance, and communication within the financial domain.

This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sustainable growth and brand credibility.

Key Responsibilities:


Organic Growth & SEO:


- Drive sustained organic traffic growth through advanced SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.


- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, content gap analysis, and SEO audits to improve search visibility.


- Optimize website structure, landing pages, blogs, and financial content for search engines and user experience.


- Track and improve rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and domain authority.

Social Media Marketing (SMM):


- Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Facebook.


- Develop and execute platform-specific content calendars aligned with brand messaging and business goals.


- Monitor social media engagement, audience growth, and campaign performance.


- Ensure compliance with financial industry communication guidelines across all social platforms.

Influencer & Partnership Marketing:


- Plan, execute, and optimize influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and credibility.


- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with relevant influencers, creators, and industry experts.


- Collaborate with influencers to create compliant, high-quality financial and educational content.


- Track ROI, reach, engagement, and conversions from influencer campaigns.

Content & Video Marketing:


- Lead content strategy across blogs, social media, email, and video platforms.


- Conceptualize, script, and oversee creation of engaging video content (short-form, long-form, reels, explainers, interviews).


- Work closely with designers, editors, and production teams to deliver high-impact visual storytelling.


- Ensure consistent brand tone, voice, and visual identity across all content formats.

Brand Building & Communication:


- Build and strengthen a credible, trustworthy, and differentiated brand identity in the financial services space.


- Ensure all marketing communications align with regulatory requirements and brand guidelines.


- Collaborate with leadership to shape brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and storytelling narratives.

Analytics, Performance & Reporting:


- Monitor, analyze, and report on key digital marketing KPIs including traffic, engagement, leads, CAC, and ROI.


- Use analytics tools to derive insights and continuously optimize campaigns and content performance.


- Prepare regular performance dashboards and presentations for senior stakeholders.

Cross-functional Collaboration:


- Work closely with product, compliance, sales, design, and tech teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.


- Support lead generation and conversion optimization initiatives in coordination with growth and sales teams
