Specialist - Digital Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive organic traffic growth through advanced SEO practices.
- Manage and grow the company's presence across all major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing and viral promotional activities aligned with the brand's positioning.
- Create engaging and value-driven video marketing content to strengthen brand communication.
- Build and maintain a strong brand identity for a financial institution - particularly in stock broking, wealth management, and financial services domains.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to continually optimize organic growth and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and content quality across all channels.
Desired Skills & Expertise:
- Proven experience in SEO, SMM, Influencer Marketing, and Content Strategy (especially in financial or investment-related sectors).
- Deep understanding of branding and communication for financial companies.
- Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize viral, organic, and high-engagement campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of video marketing and storytelling techniques.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
