At our Kolkata Regional Head Office, we are building a strong digital-first brand presence and are looking for a passionate, skilled, and creative Social Media Manager to take our content marketing and branding to the next level.

What Youll Do:



- Create and execute high-impact social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms.



- Build engaging, trend-driven contentposts, reels, stories, campaigns, contests, videos, and more.


- Collaborate with influencers, thought leaders, and brand ambassadors to strengthen credibility and reach.


- Curate and maintain dynamic content calendars while ensuring brand consistency.


- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign-specific content like videos, graphics, and GIFs.


- Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, CVR, brand lift), providing insights and recommendations.


- Monitor competitors, conduct research, and identify new opportunities to drive brand growth.


- Lead community engagement by joining relevant groups, fostering conversations, and building strong relationships.


- Innovate with campaigns, promotions, and activations that reinforce SMIFS brand positioning.


- Support digital advertising efforts and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

What Were Looking For:


- 5+ years of proven experience in managing social media for a brand, preferably in digital agencies, e-commerce, media, or financial services.


- A Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, or related fields (preferred).


- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a flair for storytelling.


- Strong creative instincts with a finger on the pulse of the latest digital and social trends.


- Experience in influencer partnerships and managing multi-platform campaigns.

Skills That Set You Apart:



- Social Media Expertise: Deep knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.



- Analytics & Tools: Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and other monitoring tools.



- Content Design: Skilled in Canva and related creative tools.


- Market Awareness: Basic understanding of stock market concepts (IPOs, SIPs, ETFs, Nifty/Sensex, P/E Ratio, Mutual Funds) is highly desirable.


- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with AI-driven tools for social media and analytics.


- Strong command of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data and reporting.
